A Multi-Consultant Practice

Considered surgery, performed by four specialist consultants.

Manor was founded in 2011 on a single principle: plastic surgery is best practised at the intersection of craft and conservatism. Every consultation begins with the question of whether surgery is the right answer at all.

One name on the consultation. The same name in theatre. The same name at every follow-up. No rotating registrars. No third-party patient coordinators.

"We want the kind of result a patient's friends compliment without identifying. Quiet work, properly performed, over a lifetime of follow-up." — The Manor Consultants
Procedures

Three categories. Every option.

The full breadth of plastic surgery — performed across two CQC-outstanding operating theatres in central London.

Our Surgeons

Four consultants. One standard.

Each surgeon leads their own area of specialism. You see the same named consultant from first consultation through every follow-up.

Injectables

Toxin and dermal filler — conservative volume, advanced anatomy.

Devices

Ultraformer, Morpheus8, Aviclear. Programmes, not single sessions.

Skin Health

Medical-grade peels, microneedling, and prescription topicals.

Recovery IVs

Pre- and post-surgical infusions designed for theatre patients.

I asked Edward for what I thought I wanted. He listened, examined me, and explained — without condescension — that what I'd asked for would not achieve what I was actually after. He proposed something smaller. He was right.

What I noticed afterwards was how little anyone noticed. My closest friends said I looked rested. My husband said I looked like myself, only properly. That was exactly what I'd hoped for.

The follow-up was relentless, and I mean that as a compliment. I saw Catherine at 24 hours, one week, two months, six months, and again at a year. The same person, every time.

Edward turned me down at the first consultation. I came back two years later, in a different place in my life. I now understand why he had said no.

Sarah at Manor Lab is the calmest, least pushy aesthetic doctor I have ever met. She does less, not more. The result is that I look like me.

Frequently Asked

Practical questions.

About consultation, surgery, recovery, and the structure of the practice.

01

How does one schedule a consultation?

Through the form below, by telephone, or by written enquiry. Replies are sent within two working days. We do not employ a third-party scheduling service — the practice manager will speak with you directly.

02

Are GP referrals required?

Not required, but appreciated. A short letter from a GP or another consultant is a courtesy that contextualises the request. Self-referral is welcome and common.

03

What is the cost of a consultation?

£295 for surgical consultations; £125 for Manor Lab. The fee ensures the time is unhurried and the conversation honest. It is fully redeemable against any subsequent procedure.

04

Where is the surgery performed?

At the Princess Grace Hospital or the Wellington Hospital in St John's Wood, depending on the case. Both are CQC-outstanding and equipped to the standard required for the full range of procedures offered.

05

What is the waiting time?

A minimum of two weeks between consultations one and two — non-negotiable. Surgical dates are typically eight to twelve weeks out from booking, longer for revision work and certain rhinoplasty cases.

06

What if I change my mind?

You may cancel at any point up to forty-eight hours prior to surgery, and the deposit will be returned in full. Approximately one in twelve patients postpone or withdraw after the second consultation. This is a feature of the process, not a failure of it.
