A multi-consultant London plastic surgery practice. Four specialists, one standard.
Manor was founded in 2011 on a single principle: plastic surgery is best practised at the intersection of craft and conservatism. Every consultation begins with the question of whether surgery is the right answer at all.
One name on the consultation. The same name in theatre. The same name at every follow-up. No rotating registrars. No third-party patient coordinators.
The full breadth of plastic surgery — performed across two CQC-outstanding operating theatres in central London.
Each surgeon leads their own area of specialism. You see the same named consultant from first consultation through every follow-up.
A small public selection. The full archive is shown only in consultation, with patient consent renewed annually.
The complete portfolio — over 1,200 paired sequences — is shown only in consultation, with patient consent renewed annually.
Request the Full PortfolioA doctor-led non-surgical wing of the practice. Injectables, energy-based devices, medical-grade skincare, and IV protocols — performed by Dr. Sarah Voss in a dedicated suite on the same floor as the surgical theatres.
Toxin and dermal filler — conservative volume, advanced anatomy.
Ultraformer, Morpheus8, Aviclear. Programmes, not single sessions.
Medical-grade peels, microneedling, and prescription topicals.
Pre- and post-surgical infusions designed for theatre patients.
Quotations reproduced with permission. Names withheld at the patient's request — discretion is part of the practice.
About consultation, surgery, recovery, and the structure of the practice.
Through the form below, by telephone, or by written enquiry. Replies are sent within two working days. We do not employ a third-party scheduling service — the practice manager will speak with you directly.
Not required, but appreciated. A short letter from a GP or another consultant is a courtesy that contextualises the request. Self-referral is welcome and common.
£295 for surgical consultations; £125 for Manor Lab. The fee ensures the time is unhurried and the conversation honest. It is fully redeemable against any subsequent procedure.
At the Princess Grace Hospital or the Wellington Hospital in St John's Wood, depending on the case. Both are CQC-outstanding and equipped to the standard required for the full range of procedures offered.
A minimum of two weeks between consultations one and two — non-negotiable. Surgical dates are typically eight to twelve weeks out from booking, longer for revision work and certain rhinoplasty cases.
You may cancel at any point up to forty-eight hours prior to surgery, and the deposit will be returned in full. Approximately one in twelve patients postpone or withdraw after the second consultation. This is a feature of the process, not a failure of it.
A short note about what you are considering, where you are in the process, and what you hope to achieve. One of our consultants will reply personally within two working days.
